Business Review. A fixed-scope assessment of one priority area, or of your readiness for AI: interviews with the people involved, a review of your tools and data, prioritized findings, and a recommended first project.
Implementation Project. Delivery of one agreed improvement, with success criteria, testing on real work, staff training, documentation, and a clean handover.
Ongoing Support. A defined monthly arrangement to review results, make adjustments, answer staff questions, and maintain what we've put in place. Additional projects are scoped and quoted separately.
Some work is best handled by dedicated specialists, including paid advertising management, graphic and brand design, and advanced search engine optimization. When a project needs that expertise, we'll say so and help you scope and coordinate it.
