AI ADOPTION & IMPLEMENTATION
New AI tools appear every week, and it's hard to tell which ones are worth your team's time. We help you identify where AI can do useful work, test it on real tasks, and put it into everyday use with the right guardrails.
Choose a task.
Try it together.
See what helps.
We’ll work through the choices together, from your first questions to a process your team can use.
Review where time goes today, such as preparing documents, answering routine questions, sorting requests, or summarizing feedback, and identify tasks where AI is likely to help. We also look at the information involved, your existing tools, and what your team would need to use AI well.
Choose one high-value task and the right tool for it, weighing capability, cost, and data handling. That may be AI already built into tools you pay for, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Gemini, or a standalone assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. We set up the pilot, test it against representative examples, and measure output quality and review time.
Agree what information can and can't go into AI tools, which outputs need human review, and how to handle errors, in a short usage guide your team can follow. Then we practice together, and ongoing support covers questions, quality and cost checks, and adjustments as tools change.
WHAT THIS COULD LOOK LIKE
Illustrative example: your team writes a monthly program update. AI organizes approved notes and prepares a draft; a staff member verifies the facts and adds context. We compare time and quality against your current process before deciding whether to keep it.
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
+ A prioritized list of AI opportunities
+ A tested tool, process, and usage guidelines
+ A trained team and a way to measure quality
