built around you.
Every engagement follows the same four stages. Each has a defined scope and a clear output, so you always know what you're getting and can decide what comes next.
Home / How we work
Every engagement follows the same four stages. Each has a defined scope and a clear output, so you always know what you're getting and can decide what comes next.
Three engagement types: Business Review, Implementation Project, and Ongoing Support. Each is scoped and priced in writing before it begins.
We meet with the people doing the work, review the tools and information they rely on, and document how things happen today. If AI is a priority, this includes where it could help and what your team and data would need. You receive: a clear, shared picture of the current state.
We present findings and a short list of recommendations, each weighed by benefit, effort, cost, and risk. Together we choose a first step and define how we'll measure whether it worked. You receive: a prioritized improvement plan and a recommended first project.
We configure the tools, improve the process, or build a focused solution, then test it against real examples from your work. Your team practices with it before it goes live. You receive: a working improvement, documentation, and a trained team.
Once the change is in use, we review results against the measures we agreed on and adjust what isn't working. Ongoing support can cover questions, small changes, training, and periodic reviews. You receive: evidence of what changed and a plan for what's next.
Principles
A clearer process or better use of an existing tool is often enough. New software comes after that's been considered.
Each AI use starts with a specific task, a quality check, and an honest accounting of the time spent reviewing its output. We agree what information it can see before any tool touches your data.
Clear documentation, hands-on practice, and a named owner for every tool we put in place, so it keeps working after the project ends.
